Tony Damiano
Founder / Managing Member
As a Residential Assisted Living Specialist (RALS™), Tony has earned the highest level of professional certification in the industry. With 77 million baby boomers, every day 10 thousand are turning 65 and 6 thousand are turning 85.
With the country’s population increasing in age, Tony is passionate towards providing would-be seniors with a safe and comfortable environment.
Tony is a member of Florida assisted living association (FALA) as well as RAL ACADEMY. He has passed the ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY – Core Competency Test and is an administrator in this space. He has surrounded himself with the experts in this industry, including Gene Guarino, who sits on his board of advisors.
Tony has become a Residential Assisted Living Specialist recognized in 2 states.
Tony is a member of the Tampa Bay Real Estate Investor Association and part of the National Real Estate Investors Association. He has owned and operated a construction company that specializes in fixing and flipping real estate investments.
He is married to Mirella Smeriglio for more than 18 years. His hobbies include reading, listening to music, attending live events, and traveling.

Mirella Smeriglio

Mirella Smeriglio started her career as an office manager in a maintenance company. 11 years later, she became the owner of that same business with about 50 employees under her management.
Since 2004, Mirella has been an entrepreneur who takes on administrative and Human Resources duties.
For 18 years, Mirella has been married to Tony Damiano. She enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Damian. Mirella also loves Latin dancing, living an active lifestyle, and traveling.

Paul Sturdgess
Executive Director
Paul is a committed ambassador for residents within health and social care with a vision of high quality, elegance in business and appreciating diversity. From his early career as an entry level worker, Paul’s consistent tenacious approach to work fostered trust and confidence from those he worked with. Self-belief saw him strive for purpose in his career and an ambition to ‘repay’ the people he met and the lessons he learned by sharing his knowledge as a community leader and an ambassador for people.
With more than twenty years in health and social care, and with eleven of those years growing his own business, Paul legitimately offers knowledge and experience that transcends all the boundaries of business. Paul’s current credentials include: Core Trainer Registration #081 with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), ALF Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Certification #8033, ALF Administrator Certification #1141129584, ServeSafe Instructor and Proctor #3071528, National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer – CADDCT #53500, National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners Certified Dementia Practitioner CDP #254259, American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED Instructor #06202806.
